Home is where the heart is, let me take you Home!
My name is Susie Jordan and I would like to tell you a little bit about myself and how I came to practice real estate.
I was born and raised in Arizona in the Southeast Valley. I have 4 brothers and 4 sisters and we are ALL very close. I was married for 9 years. Jimmy and I have 3 beautiful sons- James, Johnny, and Joey.
Aside from my children, my family and my dear friends I also have several organizations that I am involved in and that I am passionate about!! I love to participate in preparing and feeding the Veterans @ the Victory House in Phoenix. I also participate annually with the Healing Fields at Tempe Town Lake in Honor of those lost in 911. I help donate to The Care Fund which is a foundation that was specifically created to help financially and resourcefully support Arizona families who endure financial hardship while experiencing extended illness or injury of their children. The Care Fund provides mortgage and rent support during a child’s extended health crisis. I am also involved in the Star Bright Foundation which is another non-profit foundation dedicated to rescuing abused children by providing safe houses, crisis counseling, trauma recovery, protection, education & new beginnings. Another foundation very dear to my heart and probably one of the most important to me is the Foundation for Suicide Prevention and Mental Health Awareness.
I have always enjoyed interacting with people. When I was 18, I decided to go to cosmetology school full time. Shortly after receiving my cosmetology license, I opened up my own Salon in Tempe, called Doo-Hickey´s. After 8+ years of being a cosmetologist I decided to try something new-- a degree in nursing. After 4 years of grueling studies, I graduated with a Bachelors In The Science Of Nursing. I worked at Good Samaritan for a short period of time. Although I loved my patients, I knew being an employee would not cut it for me. I needed to be my own boss!
I have been practicing real estate since September of 2000. I work for myself and I love the client interaction. When I first received my real estate license I immediately went to work at Keller Williams Realty where I was given the tools and resources to succeed. Their education was top notch and that along with hard work and determination is what got me to where I am today. In early 2009 I transferred my license to United Brokers Group and I have never felt more at home. I am surrounded by some of the most educated, ethical and service orientated agents in the business.
There is no better moment than seeing the look on a client´s face when I tell them they just bought a home or when I tell a seller their house has sold!
HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS....LET ME TAKE YOU HOME!
